Ajay Badal, Co-founder & CEO of Dew Resource Management, is an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in waste management, alternative fuels, and industrial operations. An alumnus of HBTI Kanpur and IIT Bombay, he has worked with Degremont, ACC Limited, Ecofil, and the Aditya Birla Group. He leads Dew’s mission to transform non-hazardous waste into high-quality RDF and engineered fuels, expanding plant capacity and building strong industry partnerships for sustainable energy solutions.
